Tenzen is a ninja from the Iga Mountains who apprears in the Ring of Earth. His father is the Shonin, or leader of the ninja clan.
The Ring of Earth[]
Tenzen is one of the best ninja in the village at using shuriken; he helps Jack get better with his shuriken skills and becomes good friends with him. Unlike Miyuki, he warms to Jack quite quickly, being prepared to be more civil towards him than his friend.
When he is older he will become the leader of the village, which is why he strives so hard to be good at everything, in which endeavor he succeeds.

- Shurikenjutsu - Tenzen is highly skilled with shuriken, being one of the best in the village and has even developed some of his own techniques which prove useful in the book.
